Next Tech Global Ltd provides software subscriptions (SaaS) and software/app development services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details. Subscription charges recur per the selected plan until cancelled.
You may not use our Services for unlawful activities or for any prohibited/restricted business categories under payment network rules or applicable law.
For custom development, deliverables and acceptance criteria are defined in written statements of work or quotes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the Services during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
