Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review.
Refunds for professional services depend on project scope and completed milestones. If a written contract applies, that contract governs.
